1. Make sure that the Vaulteq browser extension is installed.
  2. Make sure that you are logged into the extension.  
  3. Make sure that your session is still active. You can find out by seeing whether the extension is blue. If it’s black, that means it’s inactive.
  4. Make sure that the site you’re trying to login to is not based on Flash or Silverlight. Vaulteq does not support these types of login pages. To check, right click on the site’s login page then look a the context menu.
