We use MailChimp as an email marketing service and Freshdesk for our customer support (help center). Since we want the best possible support for our customers, we have chosen to use these services because they are, in our opinion, the most user-friendly and reliable services on the market. If for privacy reasons you do not wish to register your email address with these services, you can do the following:

MailChimp: go directly to the "Start Now" page on our website where the steps to install Vaulteq are described.

Freshdesk: send your support requests directly to help@vaulteq.com

MailChimp and Freshdesk are, of course, completely independent of Vaulteq (and your Vaulteq account).
